Conducted by Bob Davis-Mayo, this highly interactive, challenging workshop incorporates powerful approaches with individuals and groups who seek to breakthrough and move to another level of achieving professional results.  Practical yet provocative. How do we think together?
 
Bob has begun this session (perhaps with executives, sometimes with engineers or physicists, at times with physicians, or technical professionals, etc.) by saying, "I guess we're here today because we don't know how to think very well..."  After watching eyebrows raise, smiles emerge, frowns surface, Bob continues, "...I guess I'd better qualify that.  We're hear today because we don't know how to think together very well."  Virtually every head in the room nods in acknowledgment.
  
PARTICIPANTS WILL:
  • Explore an eye-opening communication model upon which to "hang" their experiences
  • Expand their awareness about the power of communication and its dynamics
  • Understand various levels of communication and when each may be most appropriate
  • Become clear about where their personal communication habits may be incoherent
  • Probe habits of thinking as individuals, within groups and between groups
  • Engage in expanding their "thinking comfort zone" and "communication comfort zone"
  • Gain clarity about three dimensions of "coherent communication" in an organization
  • Obtain a "tool box" of immediately useful approaches for communicating coherently
 
CUSTOM FITTED:  Session content will be based on situations, goals, dilemmas and areas of focus you bring to the table--garnered through targeted pre-work.
